If there is a problem with
equipment you have purchased from us, you can return it to us for replacement
within 3 days after you have received it.

Beyond the 3 day period, only
manufacturer warranty (if applicable) is available if there is a problem with
the equipment. You must claim the warranty directly from the manufacturer as
they only cater to end-users not retailers. Some unlocked phones, such as iPhones, Google Nexus, HTC HD2, Blackberries and other carrier branded phones do not carry any manufacturer warranty and you must purchase warranty separately.

If you receive a package that appears to be damaged, please open the package in the presense of
the delivery person to ensure contents are not damaged inside. If anything is missing from the package, you must report it to us within 24-hours so a claim can be filed. If a claim is not filed in a timely manner, we cannot be
responsible for missing items.

A 10% restocking fee applies to ALL returns other than replacements for faulty units. The restocking fee is applicable as soon as the order is charged regardless of whether the item has left our warehouse or not, since the item is removed immediately from stock once the order is charged.

The unit must be returned in
new, resellable condition. Shipping is NOT refundable under any circumstances.
Return shipping is your responsibility regardless of the
reason for return (even if the error is on our end).

Absolutely NO returns (except for exchanges of the same item in case of a defect, and within the 3-day period) on laptops or laptop-style PDAs such as iPhones, AT&T Tilts, Blackberries, Treos etc.

For all international shipments, the buyer will be responsible for any and all customs or clearance charges. Unlocked Fones has no way of knowing if or what those charges will be. If the package is refused on delivery, the return shipping charge will be the customers responsibility.

Unlocked iPhones purchased from us must
not be upgraded or restored through iTunes. Restoring/updating/activating the firmware
will render the phone useless and we will offer absolutely no refunds if thats the case. You must use iTunes version 8.2 and below to sync the phone.

WARRANTY: Unlocked phones may not carry manufacturer warranty. Extended Warranty including accidental and liquid damage for upto 4-years may be purchased online from Consumer Priority Service. Please note that the warranty is NOT issued by UnlockedFones.com and you must contact CPS for any warranty related issues once the warranty has been purchased and issued to you.
