Warranty for Unlocked Phones

Manufacturers will typically only warranty phones if you are with a carrier who has issued the phone. This is a problem if you purchased an unlocked phone and the whole idea is to use the phone with OTHER carriers! You can now purchase a warranty for such phones and have the peace of mind that you are covered in case of failures.

Please note that warranty starts 30 days AFTER your purchase. This means if your phone fails within the first 30-days, the warranty will not apply. If their is an issue with the phone within the first 3-days of receipt, you can contact us for a replacement phone.

Accidental/Liquid Damage Add-on protection
If you have added Accidental Coverage (as an option below) to your plan, as indicated on your Membership Card as well
as your Online Account, This Plan shall cover unintentional damages as a result of: impact or dropping,
liquid damage, unintentional physical damage. Accidental Coverage does not cover intentional damages
of any kind to the Covered Product or losses due to theft. Coverage for this Plan shall begin 30-days after the Date
of Purchase of the Covered Product.

Any product that plugs in or takes a battery qualifies for this program. If your product fails to operate properly under the terms of its written warranty, we will replace it, No Questions Asked!

Consumer Priority Service provides complete coverage across all 48 contiguous states.

No Lemon Guarantee
If our authorized service center determines your product to be beyond economical repair or they have unsuccessfully attempted to repair your product three times, we will replace your product.
